2. In the case set forth in the preceding paragraph, the User shall provide information and opinions, etc. based on his/her own responsibility, and shall guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information and opinions, etc. provided by the User to our company.
3. our company may freely use or license the results of the questionnaire described in the preceding paragraph without the prior consent of the User.

Article8 (Withdrawal)
The User may withdraw from the Services in accordance with the withdrawal procedure set forth by our company.

Article9 (Denial of Warranty and Disclaimer)
1. our company does not warrant, express or implied, that the Services are free from defects in fact or law (Includes defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, and infringement.).
2. our company shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the use of the Services. However, this disclaimer does not apply if the contract between our company and you for the Services (These Terms are included.) constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act.
3. Even in the case set forth in the proviso of the preceding paragraph, our company shall not be liable for any damages (This includes cases where our company or the user foresaw or could foresee the occurrence of damage.) arising from special circumstances out of the damages suffered by Users due to default or tort by our company’s negligence (Excluding gross negligence.). In addition, compensation for damages incurred by the User due to default or tort due to negligence on the part of our company (Excluding gross negligence.) shall not exceed the amount of the user fee received from the User in the month in which such damages occurred.
4. our company is not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that may arise between you and other users or third parties in connection with the Services.

Article10 compensation for damages
If you violate these terms and conditions and cause damage to our company, you will be liable to our company for all damages, directly or indirectly.

Article11 (Change of Service Description, etc.)
Our company may change the contents of the Services or discontinue providing the Services without notice to the User and assumes no responsibility for any damages suffered by the User as a result.

Article16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of any dispute relating to the Services, the courts with jurisdiction over the location of our company’s head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
